My training and First Class Honours Degree in Acting from one of London's top Drama Schools and my Master's Degree in Psychology from Brunel, coupled with my extensive experience in public speaking, presenting, coaching and performing, has given me a wealth of knowledge to help you do just that.

My one-to-one coaching isn't divided into categories like "confidence", "presentation skills" or "speech preparation", because they’re all intrinsically connected. My approach is holistic: every one-to-one session is designed around you; your voice, your goals and your growth. Each package is a flexible block of one-to-one coaching built entirely around you. You're not buying a generic programme. You're investing in expert, highly personalised support that adapts to you, at a pace and scale that suits your needs.
As the packages grow in length, they also grow in depth, with added features like video feedback, curated resources and flexible scheduling. They also grow in flexibility: longer packages give you a wider window to use your sessions, so the work can follow your calendar, and you have a coach alongside you for longer.
Sessions are conducted one-to-one, either in person or via video call. Sessions can be split into 1-hour or 2-hour blocks depending on your preference and what I feel is best suited to your needs.
